The registration fee of $100.00 includes all meals and a welcome cocktail party.
Also included is transportation from and to the airport.  This fee should be paid when the form is returned.  Because of postal delays, it may be better to send the form by fax first, and then mail it to the above listed postal address, with your check  to the order of : Jewish Community of Aruba/UJCL 7.
Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs.
We can assist you to arrange tours of the island should you desire to stay additional time.

La cuota de inscripción es de $100.00, incluyendo todas las comidas y un cocktail de bienvenida.
También se incluye transporte desde y hasta  el aeropuerto.  Este importe deberá ser pagado al enviar su formulario.  Debido a demoras postales, podría ser mejor enviar su formulario vía fax primero, y luego por correo a la dirección postal incluida arriba, junto con su cheque, a la orden de: Jewish Community of Aruba / UJCL 7.

IN ORDER TO SEND THIS REGISTRATION FORM, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Block the page from the title "7th Encounter" through the horizontal line

  2. Copy and paste  to a blank page in your Word program

  3. Fill the form with your personal information

  4. Save it with the name "form"

  5. Send it as an attachment via e-mail, in the usual way
